Please prepare these documents below before completing your media registration

• Photo with white background in JPEG format (Size 4 cm x 6 cm, maximum 1 MB).
• A copy of passport for non-Lao citizens and its validity of Passport must be at least six months.
• Valid Press Card.
• Assignment Letter from media agencies to cover the events.
• List of Media equipment.
• After completing the registration, the approval will be sent by email in due course. Therefore, each applicant needs to provide a valid e-mail address.

A foreign Media from abroad will also need to submit information as follows:

• Travel information, which is proved by returned flight ticket, suggested in JPEG & PDF.
• Hotel accommodation during the stay in Laos, suggested in JPEG & PDF.
• List of equipment in JPEG & PDF.

An Official Media will also need to submit information as follows:

• Diplomatic note to register for Official Media (OM are official photographers and/or videographers of the Foreign Ministers, Secretary General of ASEAN, and Head of Delegates), suggested in JPEG or PDF.
